When a buyer pays your invoice by card, a small platform fee, shown before you offer card payment, comes out of the payout. Bank transfer is always free.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Standard, the Premium trial and the Growth trial for vendors all start without one. A plan chosen during a trial is not charged until the trial ends.
What stays free for companies?
The vendor registry, invitations to quote, prequalifications, purchase orders, invoice approvals and paying vendors by card, with 2 bids a month and 3 seats. Premium raises the cap to 10 bids a month with unlimited seats; Elite removes the cap.
What happens when the vendor trial ends?
You keep Basic for free: direct invitations, invoices and card payments keep working. Growth keeps you in the directory and in open tenders; Pro adds unlimited open tenders, sealed tenders and your marketplace page.
Are these prices live?
Yes. They come from the billing catalog checkout charges through. If an amount is briefly unavailable, the card shows “Monthly” instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing page, with no notice period. Payments run on Stripe.
