Do I need a card to start?
No. Standard, the Premium trial and the vendor trial of Growth all start without one. A plan chosen during a trial is not charged until the trial ends.
What does the free Standard plan include?
The vendor registry, invitations to quote, prequalifications, purchase orders and invoice approvals, with 2 bids a month and 3 seats.
How does a sealed tender actually stay sealed?
Prices sit in a separate record the database refuses to serve until the bid closes and an authorized opener reveals it. The server enforces it, so nobody can peek early, the admin included.
Do my suppliers have to pay to respond?
No. Basic is free for good and answers your invitations, orders and invoices. Vendors you invite by email can reply to an ITQ without an account.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. AI requests run with storage disabled, bid evaluation asks before anything is sent, and the AI Disclosure says exactly what it sees.
